A polypropylene tube containing 15mL of frozen urine or 1 mL of frozen whole blood was sent to a laboratory for analysis.

• Complete blood count [Hemoglobin(Hb), hematocrit(HCT), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH), etc]
• Chemistry (GLU, ALP, CHO, TG, HDL, etc.)
• Liver and kidney damage index (AST, ALT, r-GTP, BUN, creatinine)
• Heavy metals (lead, manganese)
• Epigenetic analysis (DNA methylation)
• Carcinogen exposure (DR-CALUX)
• DNA damage [micronucleus(MN) frequency]

Bio-sample analysis (urine)

• Heavy metals (mercury, cadmium)
• Oxidative stress index (MDA, 8-OHdG)
• VOCs and PAHs metabolites (tt-muconic, 1-OHP, 2-NAPH)
• Endocrine Disrupting chemicals(EDCs) : BPA, BPS, BPF, MEHHP, MEOHP, MECPP, MnBP, MBzP
